Who we are
Pipedrive Experts is a business service provided by ZED Group Limited, trading as zedConsulting, registered in England and Wales at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or book a call, we collect the details you give us: your name, work email address, company name, telephone number and the content of your message. When you use the booking tool, scheduling data is processed by our booking provider on our behalf.
Where you have agreed to it, we also collect limited technical and usage data through analytics, such as pages visited, approximate location, and browser and device type.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange consultations, based on our legitimate interest in responding to a request you have made.
- To provide services under a contract with you, if you become a client.
- To send occasional relevant updates, where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, where you have consented to analytics cookies.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, including our email, CRM, scheduling and analytics providers, and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. Some providers are based outside the UK; where that is the case, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become client relationships are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records are kept for the length of our relationship and for seven years afterwards, to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to make the site work, and analytics cookies, including Google Analytics, only if you accept them in the cookie notice. If you decline, no analytics runs. You can withdraw your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, after which the notice will appear again.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. To exercise any of these rights, get in touch. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
